I love to walk to work when I start at 6:30am. I walk down the Broadway bridge and there is hardly anyone around and as I look out to my right I see the sun rising over the city. Its a beautiful sight, and it makes me smile and relax a little before a usually crazy day when for 95% of it the "fake smile" is on.
The other day while walking back up the bridge back home, I saw something that is a favorite of mine that really reminds me of spring. I saw 2 police officers, not the ones in cars, but the ones on bikes, and they had arrested 2 guys for something and as I got to the top of the bridge "backup" had arrived. The only thing I could think of was "That's embarrassing", to be arrested by 2 cops on bikes.
