sleep routine

The average amount of sleep recommend for a person is 8 hours a night.

Latley I have been getting 9-10 at night, and 2-3 in the day, for a total of 11-13 hours within a 24 hour period.

Results- wake up around 7am, tired by noon.
Headache by 9pm.
No social life, except with the cat who sleeps at the end of my bed.
Lamest person I know

So here is the main quesion.....WHY AM I SO TIRED 24/7??

Okay I've tired myself out, I have stayed up as late as I can handle (10:30pm?!) Goodnight.
